AVAILABILITY

I take bookings between 9am and 9pm, unless otherwise specified in an advertisement.

The rates displayed apply to all bookings with a minimum of 3 hours notice.

Any bookings with less than 3 hours notice attract a $100 surcharge.

Bookings outside of these hours are at my discretion, require a deposit and attract a minimum $100 surcharge.

DEPOSITS

A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings.

Deposits are non-refundable and only transferrable in certain circumstances.

I accept deposits the following ways; Beem app, direct transfer, Commonwealth Bank or Westpac Smart ATM. In very rare circumstances I may also accept deposits via Throne or LoyalFans, the 20% commission taken by the platforms to be covered by you.

The deposit must be cleared prior to the start of the booking.

The deposit must be done exactly as instructed, with the exact amount and reference provided by me.

Deposits are to be sent within 15 minutes of deposit details being provided for Beem app, direct transfer or other electronic options offered/agreed upon. Commonwealth bank smart ATM deposits are to be completed by 9pm the day deposit details are provided.

Failure to comply with my deposit policies will result in being blocked. Once blocked, I will require an unblock fee of $1000 accompanied by a genuine and meaningful apology before any future booking requests are considered. Further attempts to contact me without doing this will be deemed harassment and dealt with accordingly.

CANCELLATIONS

Outside of 24 hours notice

If you cancel the booking the deposit is non-refundable. I will, at my discretion allow the deposit to be transferable to a future date.

If a session cannot take place as a result of error on your part- including failure to read tour dates, requesting anything I identify as a hard boundary, or for any other error on your part, the deposit is non-refundable.

Within 24 hours of the session

The deposit will be forfeited and the balance of the session fee will be payable in full. If the balance of the session fee is not paid in full I will not entertain future enquiries from you.

If at any point I feel threatened or boundaries are pushed, I will cancel the session without a refund and no future sessions will be offered.
