AVAILABILITY

I take bookings between 9am and 9pm, unless otherwise specified in an advertisement.

The rates displayed apply to all bookings with a minimum of 3 hours notice.

Any bookings with less than 3 hours notice attract a $100 surcharge.

Bookings outside of these hours are at my discretion, require a deposit and attract a minimum $100 surcharge.

DEPOSITS

For one hour bookings I require a $100 deposit.
For bookings of an hour or longer, I require a deposit of 25-50% depending on the length of the booking and preparation required.
All tour deposits going forward will be 50% of the session fee.

All deposits must be cleared before the session commences and must be done exactly as I have instructed.

Deposits are to be sent within 15 mins of deposit details being provided for direct transfer, Beem app or other electronic options. Commonwealth bank smart ATM deposits by 9pm the day deposit details are provided.

Failure to comply with my deposit policies will result in being blocked. Once blocked an unblock fee of $1000 will apply, accompanied by an apology before any future booking requests are considered.

Outside of 24 hours notice

CANCELLATIONS

If a situation arises in which I cancel the booking, I will offer a full refund of the deposit via the Beem it app only, or for the deposit to be transferred to a future date.
The only exception to this is if I cancel due to feeling threatened, unsafe or having boundaries crossed.

If you cancel the booking the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
I will, at my discretion allow the deposit to be transferable to a future date.

If a deposit is paid once a session is confirmed, and the session cannot take place as a result of an error on your part.
The deposit is forfeit and I may request the balance of the booking fee to be paid.

For all tours deposits, they are non-refundable, they will be transferrable to a reschedule at my discretion if sufficient notice (minimum 4 hours) and my tour schedule permits.

Within 24 hours of the session
The deposit will be forfeited and I will request the remainder of the session fee to be paid in full.

If at any point I begin to feel threatened or boundaries are pushed,
I will cancel the session without a refund.
